October is Menopause Awareness Month and on Thursday, October 15 BBOT is hosting an interactive session designed to foster an environment of understanding and support.

We are pleased to feature Holly Johnston, Founder and CEO of Hello Period Equity. Holly will lead the conversation and interactive session. This event is designed to bring together professionals from across Burnaby in safe and comfortable environment. You'll be able to share experiences, seek advice, and gain insights.

Founder and CEO, Hello Period Equity

Holly Johnston is the Founder and CEO of Hello Period Equity and Co-Founder of the Menstrual Action Coalition of Canada, where she works to make menstrual and reproductive health, including menopause, a workplace infrastructure issue, not a private struggle. A certified Life Skills Coach with over 20 years of experience, she runs workshops and presentations for both employees and organizational leadership, helping normalize difficult conversations around symptoms, workplace rights, and practical accommodations, guided by the belief that this isn't charity- it's infrastructure.
