Join us for a roundtable discussion with the Honourable Minister Brenda Bailey, Minister of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation.

The Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation manages government services that help support and maintain the strong and diverse economy that British Columbians need for long-term prosperity. It supports the growth of B.C.’s tech sector, champions innovation across the economy, nurtures small businesses, supports economic development throughout the province, and promotes B.C. internationally as a preferred place to invest and do business.

Minister Bailey’s focus is working with business, Indigenous and community leaders to drive the government’s Stronger BC Economic Plan forward. For Minister Bailey that means growing an economy that benefits all British Columbians with support for business, expanded access to post-secondary education and skills training, meeting B.C.’s climate commitments and fostering innovation across our economy.
