About the presenter:
Jim Wu prides himself to be a problem solver and a relationship mender who is keen on putting out fires arising from various stages of an employment relationship from hiring to firing and everything in between. In addition to having conducted 6 trials within the last 2 years on wrongful dismissal cases, Jim is also very familiar with the administration of Employment Insurance benefits as he has adjudicated over 10,000 EI Claims during his 4 years working as an EI Adjudicator.
