Description
Join the BBOT and Futurepreneur Canada on March 10th for Setting the Stage: Writing Effective and Useful Business Plans seminar.
Whether you're just thinking about starting a business, beginning to grow and make profit, or seeking to take your company to the next level, a well-thought-out business plan is the vehicle you need to get you there.
A business plan is a roadmap that sets out who you are, what your business is and what you plan to achieve. Business plans lay out your goals and objectives and help explain how you plan to reach them.
At this session, learn the business plan fundamentals such as why you need a business plan, what should be included in one, and how to make it an effective and useful tool to guide your business.
Part of our 2015 Business Skills Development Series.
