Devon is a dynamic and engaging trainer who has extensive experience helping organizations create inclusive and respectful workplaces. As a respectful workplace professional, she has keen insights into the issues facing today’s workplaces. Devon has supported organizations across Canada build the skills needed to foster inclusive, collaborative, and productive work environments. Her interactive workshops offer practical strategies that help participants communicate effectively, navigate challenging workplace situations, provide constructive feedback, and build positive working relationships. She is a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and is committed to creating inclusive, welcoming, and respectful spaces in both organizations and communities. Prior to joining Frame & Associates, Devon worked on recruitment and retention initiatives in the education sector, helping develop national workforce strategies. She also worked in the healthcare sector, supporting violence prevention education through both e-learning and instructor-led training programs.
