The housing crisis is hurting people and communities throughout British Columbia and that is why the BC government is moving forward with several actions this fall to help change the conversation on housing from one of concern to one of hope. These actions are part of our comprehensive plan to ensure everyone in B.C. can find an affordable home in a community they love. They include enabling small-scale multi-unit homes across BC, building more homes near transit, and digitizing the permitting process to make sure homes are built faster.
