Presenter:
Natasha Purnell is the Chief Culture Officer at Park Insurance in Burnaby, BC.  She has 20 years? experience in management, leadership and entrepreneurship. Natasha is proud to boast about Park?s 92% employee satisfaction rate for internal employee surveys and a World Class score from an external Gallup survey, as a direct result of her efforts.
 
In November 2021, Natasha was a finalist for Business Person of the Year from the Burnaby Board of Trade Business Excellence Awards. Park's strong culture is credited in the acceptance of the organizations BBOT awards for Healthy Workplace and Small Business of the Year. 
 
Natasha has management certificates from BCIT in Professional Sales and Marketing Management.
She is a Level 2 Insurance Broker and holds her CAIB designation. She is passionate about developing creative and memorable workplace experiences for her team, is the founder and creator of the ?Culture Bootcamp Workshop? and loves sharing her culture knowledge with anyone who will listen to her.  In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors, attending events and spending time with her 12-year-old son and their pug mix fur baby.
