At My Care Matters, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate home care services in British Columbia for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those with special needs. Whether it’s helping with everyday tasks, providing emotional support, or delivering personalized care plans, our goal is to empower individuals to live safely, comfortably, and independently at home, surrounded by familiarity and respect. 

Our services are available throughout lower mainland of BC, where we work closely with families to ensure every care plan is tailored to their loved one’s specific physical, emotional, and social needs. In addition to non-medical care, we provide access to licensed nursing support for clients who require medical attention, such as catheter flushing, wound care, medication management, and chronic condition support. We take pride in offering multilingual services to serve our diverse communities more effectively, removing language barriers and building stronger connections between caregivers and clients.
