IEC-BC is bringing employers together for another Vancouver Employer Feedback Forum, continuing our ongoing conversations with employers across the region about workforce challenges, emerging opportunities, and the future of work.

We know that meaningful change starts with listening to employers and understanding the realities they face. But we also believe that identifying challenges is just the beginning. Together, we can move beyond identifying problems and work toward practical, solutions-focused approaches that respond to employers' needs.

Join us to share your experiences and perspectives on today's workforce challenges, connect with fellow employers and exchange insights from across the region, explore opportunities, and help shape approaches that support employers and strengthen BC's workforce.
