Aja Masters
Employment Specialist + Occupational Therapy Assistant
Aja wears multiple hats a the Down Syndrome Resource Foundation, bringing a unique blend of employment support, occupational therapy, and instruction to her work with teens and adults. As an Employment Specialist and Occupational Therapy Assistant, Aja supports individuals who are exploring employment or working towards greater independence by building practical, real-world skills that translate directly to the workplace. In her role, she works with clients on pre-employment and employability skills including communication, organization, time management, self-advocacy, and workplace readiness. Aja is passionate about supporting clients not only to find work, but to succeed and grow in meaningful role.
