Clutter to Cash Vancouver provides fast, eco-friendly junk removal and estate cleanout services across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Family owned since 2012 and BBB accredited since 2020, we serve homeowners, seniors, property managers, realtors and executors from our Downtown Vancouver office at 306 - 595 Howe Street.

Our services include same day junk removal, full estate cleanouts, hoarding cleanup, debris removal, house clearance, downsizing support, furniture removal, mattress removal, appliance removal and consignment resale.

What makes us different: when we find sellable items during your removal, we consign them through our resale network and give you 50% of the sale price. Most junk haulers keep everything. We believe if your stuff has value, you should benefit from it.
