As a personal and executive success coach in Vancouver (40+ years of experience), I am passionate about exploring the subconscious mind, and assisting my clients to accomplish their goals, personal and professional. My ideal client has some knowledge of themselves and is deeply motivated to change. Patterns that respond very well to my work include smoking, emotional eating, struggling with success, blocks to self esteem, blocks to creativity, procrastination and fear of public speaking. My coaching is also oriented towards helping athletes achieve optimal sports performance.
